Advocacy is focused on raising awareness about the need to invest in our future with youth.
Assembloids is designed as a series of miniature assemblies, or "assembloids," for youth and professionals to convene and develop solutions to the critical challenges for achieving youth equity, inspired by "SDG 18." Cast 4ward is a program concept designed to leverage existing art programming to teach sustainable development and enable youth to generate wealth by selling their physical or digital art through traditional income and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). This is to aim for a shift from exposure to exchange in knowledge, duty, and responsibility. As such, an action-oriented pedagogy is developed to support self-directed continuous learning, participative and collaborative application as well as the linking of education and practice.
SDG 18 Youth Equity: “SDG 18 Youth Equity” is Global Futurist Initiative's current advocacy campaign to prioritize youth in global agendas. Over the past decade before Global Futurist Initiative was even a concept, youth activists have been working hard to build an agenda for making youth issues a priority and defining what it means to achieve this goal.
