APPLYING A THEORY OF CHANGE METHODOLOGY

OUR THEORY OF CHANGE EXPLAINED

We utilize our theory of change model to create planned achievements and project growth to make real impact. It exhibits our activities – from developing our programs and collecting data to forming key partnerships – to changes in attitudes, behaviors and practices about youth. We measure our progress through performance metrics as our planned achievements. This map informs our own decisions and advocacy while ensuring continuous accountability, learning, and improvement.

PLANNED ACHIEVEMENTS

Our planned achievements are categorized in three major areas: CAST 4ward, Assembloids, SDG 18 Voices, and organizational. We did this because we want to demonstrate our programs' effectiveness individually even though both programs will be reinforcing each other. That way, we can determine whether we need to increase our parameters in one program versus another (e.g., age range) and determine where the gaps are greatest.  Download our Metrics Guide below to see how we are measuring our planned achievements!
